The practitioner (Dorte) has many years of studies and training in Oriental Medicine (TCM = Traditional Chinese Medicine), which involves Zen meditation - Zen shiatsu with integrated craniosacral elements - Nutrition - Meridian stretches / dynamic exercises (yoga teacher).
