Nutrition counseling

Nutrition is a cornerstone in human life and certainly an integral part of this work. I have extensive knowledge in this area gathered over many years - partly from shiatsu studies especially from European Shiatsu School in London and from a natural interest from my early teens partly through growing vegetables in the family garden and going to the local market, leading to years of additional studies of biochemical reactions in the body brought on by nutrition. In my experience, some clients often just need small adjustments to their diets BUT these adjustments "must happen" in order to stay healthy and avoid developing deficiencies and other problems later on (later on is not that far away!).

Nutrition / appropriate foods / supplements: It's all about what YOUR body needs and certainly also what YOU feel like eating and not what the general media, society or a quick fix diet dictates to you. We actually need to find out what works best for us and begin to listen more to the wisdom of our body, this is key to feeling at home in it. - I show you how you can introduce a more conscious way of approaching nutrition with solid advice in order to improve your overall health situation.

We need to strengthen our overall physical condition, so that we naturally "fight off" whatever comes at us, and so that we aren´t susceptible to parasites, infections, excess heavy metals, environmental toxins and pollutants in order to stay vibrant (or re-gain strength after a health crisis) AND this is best done with the "right food" and intelligent nutritional supplements. 

In recent years, it has become even more important to look after your gut and generally staying vibrant and as healthy as possible.
