Shine your uniqueness
And wasn't it Albert Einstein who said:
"Great spirits have always encountered harsh opposition from mediocre minds."
Therefore, never despair if you feel nobody gets you, the main thing is that you get you, so just keep on walking ~ this beautiful rose is for you fine soul 💛

In the Autumn Sky
Are you positioning yourself well for what is underway in 2020 and beyond (!?). It kicks off already in January 2020 and EVERYBODY will notice it one way or the other.
Autumn time is dealing with grief issues (at times old old stuff, thus tears), flat breathing, congestion of the respiratory system, low mood, digestive disturbances. Autumn, as well as spring time, are the most "unstable" seasonal transitions to go through for the body and mind for most people and a session such as Shiatsu or Cranial can release inner resistance in multiple ways.

Purification
A lovely walk at the river side ~ what you seek is seeking you. 2019 is the year to purify and strengthen body, mind, your soul and spirit. Why not all at once...?
See the beautiful heart ? If you did - you have got this .. love to you

Wise quote by Weil
“We must not wish for the disappearance of our troubles, but for the grace to transform them.”

Active or hyperactive ?
My work for instance addresses repressed emotions, often fear and confusion, which isn't a good place to stay for long ~ a better choice is getting re-aligned, so that there is willingness and courage to climb even higher in awareness and understanding.
Many people believe they get ahead when they do LOTS of things ALL the time (often leading to more confusion), rather, it very much seems that LESS IS MORE.
