In the Autumn Sky

Are you positioning yourself well for what is underway in 2020 and beyond (!?). It kicks off already in January 2020 and EVERYBODY will notice it one way or the other.

Autumn time is dealing with grief issues (at times old old stuff, thus tears), flat breathing, congestion of the respiratory system, low mood, digestive disturbances. Autumn, as well as spring time, are the most "unstable" seasonal transitions to go through for the body and mind for most people and a session such as Shiatsu or Cranial can release inner resistance in multiple ways.
