Boundaries = are a form of self-care = shows that you value how you feel = reflect that you do not overextend yourself = you honor your own needs in the midst of it all too.
Healthy boundaries are particularly necessary for highly sensitive beings - in fact, it´s a must ! At first, it can feel overwhelming to clearly say what you are available for and what not, but if you want to be true to yourself - one must master this way of being.
